Meet Michelle

I’ve been a lover of art for as long as I can remember. Once my two daughters moved away from home, I thought about how to spend my time. A friend suggested going back to something I truly loved, and I knew that was painting.

 

I grabbed some paint and a brush, started painting, and haven’t stopped since. Now, most days you’ll find me in paint splattered leggings, and a tank top, creating with colors of plenty, enjoying the company of Katie and Elsie, my dogs.

 

The work I create is colorful and free flowing. My self-taught style has been developed through exploration of the natural interaction of paints and color pigments. My inspiration comes from the color choices I use. I completely agree with the words of Dale Chihuly, “I’ve never met a color I didn’t like.”

 

My art has lots of texture, color, and flow. Each piece is a story up for interpretation by the art lover themselves.

 

As a collector of various works of art, there is nothing like seeing and running my fingers over a piece of art I just purchased, or just finished. Viewing my artwork in its forever space brings me so much joy and happiness. I hope others will experience that as well. 

 

There is no doubt in my mind that every home, business, or office space should have original art in it. Seeing original artwork up close and having it displayed for others to enjoy is completely essential to happiness, joy, and complete fulfillment.  

 

Simply put…Art just makes me feel better, I breathe with a different kind of happiness when I’m creating and experiencing art. I hope you enjoy my website and it inspires you to live your life in color!
